Analytics integration
Trusted Only + HalftimeOS
Track real vendor and agent growth on the Trusted Only platform.
Why connect Trusted Only?
Trusted Only doesn't expose a public metrics API, but its real vendor/agent counts and validation throughput are worth tracking on the same Scorecard as everything else instead of checking the admin dashboard separately. This connects read-only, directly to the platform's own database.
What you can track
-
New Vendors Added Common pick

-
New Agents Added Common pick

-

-
Total Agents
All agent/broker-admin profiles created on or before the period end — a running total, not a period delta.
-

How to connect Trusted Only
-
1
In HalftimeOS, go to Settings → Integrations and find Trusted Only.
-
2
Paste a read-only Postgres connection string for the Trusted Only platform database. Use a dedicated read-only role for this connection — don't reuse another app's credential.
-
3
Paste the key into HalftimeOS — it's encrypted at rest and never shown again in plain text.
-
4
Pick which metrics to track (we suggest the common ones) and map each to a new or existing KPI on your scorecard.
Connect with an API key from your own account.
Questions people ask about Trusted Only
What does the Trusted Only integration do?
Trusted Only doesn't expose a public metrics API, but its real vendor/agent counts and validation throughput are worth tracking on the same Scorecard as everything else instead of checking the admin dashboard separately. This connects read-only, directly to the platform's own database.
What metrics can I track from Trusted Only?
You can pull New Vendors Added, New Agents Added, Vendors Validated, Total Vendors, Total Agents, and Vendors Favorited onto your scorecard as KPIs, updated automatically instead of entered by hand.
How do I connect Trusted Only to HalftimeOS?
In HalftimeOS, go to Settings → Integrations and find Trusted Only. Paste a read-only Postgres connection string for the Trusted Only platform database. Use a dedicated read-only role for this connection — don't reuse another app's credential. Paste the key into HalftimeOS — it's encrypted at rest and never shown again in plain text. Pick which metrics to track (we suggest the common ones) and map each to a new or existing KPI on your scorecard.
How often does the Trusted Only data update?
On whatever cadence matches the meeting the KPI feeds — you choose which meeting series and how many days ahead to pull, so the number's ready before that huddle starts, the same as any other integration in HalftimeOS.
Is my Trusted Only data secure?
Yes. Your Trusted Only credentials are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and scoped to your organization only. Connect with a restricted, read-only key where Trusted Only supports one, so HalftimeOS can never write back to your account.
