GrowthZone + HalftimeOS

For a chamber or professional association, membership count and renewal activity are the real scorecard. Pull them straight from GrowthZone instead of exporting a spreadsheet before every board meeting. Event and dues-revenue tracking aren't available through GrowthZone's supported integration API yet — this covers membership counts only.

You can pull Active Members and New Members onto your scorecard as KPIs, updated automatically instead of entered by hand.

In HalftimeOS, go to Settings → Integrations and find GrowthZone. Enter as "subdomain:apikey" — e.g. "acmechamber:AbC123...". Request an API key from GrowthZone WebSupport (Settings → Advanced Settings → API Key Permissions in your GrowthZone account). Paste the key into HalftimeOS — it's encrypted at rest and never shown again in plain text. Pick which metrics to track (we suggest the common ones) and map each to a new or existing KPI on your scorecard.

On whatever cadence matches the meeting the KPI feeds — you choose which meeting series and how many days ahead to pull, so the number's ready before that huddle starts, the same as any other integration in HalftimeOS.

Yes. Your GrowthZone credentials are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and scoped to your organization only. Connect with a restricted, read-only key where GrowthZone supports one, so HalftimeOS can never write back to your account.
